Jeanne’s Fancy Pecans was born from a vision of Richard Davis, a high school biology teacher from Lamesa Independent School District. Davis dreamed of opening a candy business that would be named in honor of his wife. After retirement in 1998 he opened Jeanne’s Fancy Pecans and started producing the store’s signature pecan praline. Fast forward 23 plus years and Jeanne’s Fancy Pecans is still known for an amazingly great pecan praline as well as mini pecan pies, and peanut or pecan rounders.

Success has not changed the process of making the perfect bite. We still use the original recipe from Mr. Davis and candies are still made in small batches, with quality in the forefront.
